I’m Adrian Matthews, I am a Microsoft Certified Power Platform Solution Architect, Developer and Data Analyst.

From 2022-2025 I led a team of Permanent and Contract developers to successfully design and deliver the Microsoft Power Platform integration for a global business transformation programme.

Through listening to customers, excellent communication, intelligent problem solving and determination, I have consistently driven team and personal success.

I learnt first hand how challenging it was to recruit knowledgeable, skilled and motivated Power Platform Developers quickly.
